The brief was to build a striking two-storey residence offering a landmark on the Brighton foreshore. Externally, the mix of aluminium cladding with off-form concrete will stand the test of time as well as that of the harsh ocean conditions. The warmer interior is a blend of brickwork and extensive timber panelling.
