His broad Construction experience enables him to assist in numerous facets of the Building Process from Pre-design issues, Consultant selection, Cost modelling; Contract Procurement, Cost Control; Construction process and post-Construction issues

Jonathan has worked closely with a wide number of Architects, Consultants, Suppliers and Trades and is able to mesh his diverse experience to suit a number of specific tasks

His broad construction experience enables him to provide expert building advice. He has provided clients with independent construction guidance regarding building defects and has prepared rectification costing reports for clients and lawyers involved in resolution of building disputes.
